Session

This session is aimed at anyone who is committed to supporting the Diversity & Inclusion of their organisation or of their client’s and is looking for some fresh angles and ideas to inspire their thinking.  Borrowing from a range of disciplines (living systems thinking, complexity theory, appreciative enquiry) we’ll be exploring participants own questions and contexts through a range of lenses, creating a rich data picture amongst the group to better understand promising practices, as well as how to recognise how and where both resistance to change and conformity may be created as an unintended consequence to change initiatives.

This is less of a ‘how to’, but rather  an opportunity to broaden ways of thinking about supporting greater diversity as a key enabler to addressing complex organisational challenges.  We will be applying a Theory U process to support the over-arching framework for the session, as well as drawing from Nora Bateson’s Warm Data Lab methodology. Please come ready to share, listen, and explore new territory!
